There is No Secret Sauce

This Multiverse is an open book. There is no secret sauce. There is no great secret that everyone else is in on and you’ve somehow been left behind.

It’s all right here and knowable to anyone who seeks with determination and sees with clarity.

Is it easy? No. The Multiverse is a perverse trickster appearing in many guises. You’ve been conditioned by a thousand ill-considered paradigms that have sold you your limitedness and and a mythology of disconnection from the whole.

There are no heroes out there to lead you to the truth. The only hero worthy of that journey is the one staring back at you in the mirror each morning.

This is no ego trip run amuck. This is the fundamental truth that each and every one of us, seen clearly in our authenticity, is a tiny replication of the whole and we are able to draw energy and strength we requite from that whole.

Even if you find this hard to believe right now, from your current place on your journey, seek to believe it a little more each day. The truth of it reveals itself the more you shake the cobwebs and see who you truly are.

I Can and I Can’t

Today’s Affirmation

I can, I know I can, and today I am.

Every day, dozens of times a day, you make a fundamental choice for that moment and your future.

That choice is “I can” or “I can’t.”

Each and every time you make that choice you either open the door to new possibilities or you slam that door shut.

Usually, you’re not saying the words out loud. They’re almost subconscious as you approach the decision on how to handle a thousand situations each day.

The key is each choice also builds momentum for the next choice. One “I can” quickly leads to ten more. One “I can’t” does the same.

Soon we’re living whole days, months, and years with one or the other as well-worn approach to life.

It’s never too late to change. Every choice is a new opportunity to put your trust again in “I can.”

Follow the Rules or Follow Your Heart?

They told you to follow all the rules and you’d be happy and successful.

You gave it your best only to find yourself far down the road and not as fulfilled as you’d hoped.

What gives? Nowhere in following all those outside rules and prescriptions for your life did they tell you that what fulfills comes from within and flows outwards not the other way around.

Thankfully, you have an internal compass that knows where your bliss lives.

Follow your heart. It knows the way.
