5 Core Beliefs Affirmation

THANK YOU. I know your life is busy and your time valuable. I’m honored you spent a few minutes of it today reading this blog.

Belief may seem ephemeral to some people, but what you believe really does matter. What you believe consciously and, perhaps even more importantly, what you believe unconsciously.

The good news is you can impact both. You can impact your conscious beliefs by staying open to new ideas, new possibilities, and constantly challenging your old paradigms. You can your unconscious beliefs by proactively infusing your consciousness with more empowering beliefs. It’s even necessary to know precisely what your unconscious limiting or negative beliefs are. Simply feed yourself on positive beliefs through repetition – like affirmations – and soon you weed the garden of your unconscious.

Here are five core beliefs that empower me. You can use these or you can choose some of your own. The key is not allow stale, unproductive, or disempowering beliefs to run your conscious or unconscious life.

  1. I believe with every ounce of my being that every moment has within it the power to change every moment that came before it.
  2. I believe with every ounce of my being that my WHY matters more than my doubts.
  3. I believe with every ounce of my being that my life is built on choices not chances.
  4. I believe with every ounce of my being that my mission matters and I am making a difference in the world as I affect it.
  5. I believe with every ounce of my being that love defeats fear, light defeats darkness, and wisdom defeats ignorance.
