Every morning begin your day by visualizing your best outcome for that day. Athletes and performers do this all the time. They watch their performance in their minds and then they do it. It’s just another way to put your mind on your side.
How:
Close your eyes.
Take one or several deep breaths, however many it takes you to relax and focus.
Now walk yourself through the key parts of your day, thinking about the best outcome for each one.
Actually, visualize that outcome happening. The more senses you engage in visualizing, the powerful.
Now, tackle these elements of your day with confidence that you can and you will create the outcome you visualized.
