5-Minute Affirmations – Patience Affirmations Video

Patience, they say, is a virtue. I’d argue it’s a key to our sanity and the gateway to deeper wisdom.

You may have noticed. The universe doesn’t always do things exactly on our timetable and in the way we expect. Often, it winds up being way better than we expected once an intention arrives. In the meantime, we can hyperventilate and lose our grounding because things didn’t go precisely according to our plan.

This is one of the many reasons it’s so important to cultivate a wise patience that recognizes, once we’ve done all we can to manifest our goals, that the universe is operating on the universe’s schedule.

Ralph Waldo Emerson counseled, “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” 2300 years earlier Lao Tzu had similar advice, “The Way is ever without action, yet nothing is left undone.”

Your moment, your dream, your destiny IS coming. You just need to keep on keeping on and keep breathing in and out.

How do you foster that patience in an impatient world? I’ve often said that affirmations are a workhorse a tool for just about anything. Our thoughts are made of words and other people are filling our heads with their words all day long.

Affirmations are a way for you to consciously fill your mind with words you choose. The video above packs 21 Patience Affirmations repeated twice into about six minutes. With regular listening for a couple of weeks, you’ll have multiple powerful patience messages ready to sweep your impatience out of your mind.

Know for certain that good things are coming. Let them!

Just in case no one else has reminded you today, you are awesome!
