Monday! In our culture, it means back to work and the daily grind for millions. The fleeting weekend has passed again. We touched that feeling that we are in control of our lives and now we cede it again to others.
For many it’s stressful. In fact, Monday morning is the period of the week where the most heart attacks happen and it’s not even close. It’s a psychological barrier with real physical consequences.
