I live in an abundant universe.
Today I claim my inheritance!
Most of us know the status quo cannot continue. Our species and our planet are reaching a point of decision. Will we allow our habitual ways of doing things, seeing things, and thinking about things continue to lead us toward disaster and dystopia? Or will we commit ourselves to a new reality, to embracing bigger ideas, and broader visions?
Over the years I’ve been inspired to pen quotes and affirmations about shaking the status quo from our eyes. Here are a few. I hope you’ll find them useful in reminding you to fight on for the better, more just, more transparent world we all know exists out there for us.
Here’s the question. Do you believe in your dream enough to risk the disapproval of the status quo? Everything depends on that.
Keep seeking. Keep questioning.

I was out taking a walk with my dog on this beautiful summer afternoon. The Sun was busy being the Sun. Grasshoppers were busy being grasshoppers. I didn’t see one tree trying to be grass or altering itself to fit in with the other trees. I didn’t see one flower faking a smile.
Yet, we humans, sophisticated as we are, struggle with just being ourselves. We’re often trying to what be everyone else wants us to be, trying not to be what everyone else wants us to be, or trying to be someone else.
We can learn from flowers, grasshoppers, trees. Be who you are, damn it! Now, some will say I don’t like who I am or you won’t like who I really am. I can assure you, you weren’t born deficient and you weren’t born with a big ‘tude. You learned those things and they are just other masks you’ve learned to wear to protect yourself or hide from the magnificent being of light you came to the planet to be!
So, enough with the masks. Enough with the fakery. Enough with the pretense that you’re someone else. Being you is quite enough!

As the new light and vibration comes to your Earth, you may find those around you moving to opposite ends of the spectrum. One side will be full of fear, guarded, defensive and gravitate to those of like mind. The other will continue to be and send Love regardless of the situation. Neither is right or wrong….it just is.

Last week we saw our nation torn apart by us and them thinking. You see, when we blame a whole group of people for the actions of individuals, as we do constantly goaded by our mainstream media, we destroy the trust that creates the fabric of society. We also buy in wholeheartedly to labels we didn’t choose and that do nothing but divide the human beings on this planet from each other.
There are no evil groups of people. There are individual people who do evil things. They should be held accountable to all of us for the evil they do. Holding whole groups of people responsible for things they didn’t do and thoughts they didn’t think is nonsensical, unjust, and dangerous.
So, when I hear people start a sentence with “Those black people….those white people…those police…those Muslims….those Jews…those overweight people…I know something stupid is about the follow.
This video says it more powerfully than I ever could. I hope you’ll take the four minutes to watch the whole thing and really think about the world we are creating when we let any label other than human define us or the people around us.
Be the person YOU came to the planet to be!
