albert_einstein“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”
~ Albert Einstein

Einstein’s genius was in following his curiosity and using his imagination to see things never before conceived. He was a master of “Thought Experiments”. Some things like the relativity of objects in the universe were not testable in the everyday world in which we live.

He had to open his mind and his soul to see possibilities where there was only emptiness….literally giving birth to new ideas out of the cosmic void.

The famous story about his Theory of Relativity is that he imagined himself riding on a beam of light and “saw” time slow as he approached light speed.

Einstein was willing to follow his curiosity and throw out all the ideas that had gone before in order to create a new vision of life. Because of that his ideas have profoundly shaped the world in which we all now live, not mention our conception of it.

Now imagine, if you will, that each of us has within us the potential to allow our curiosity and imagination to take us new places beyond the horizons of even our most amazing dreams….opening up new vistas for ourselves and the whole world.

What would you do with such a power, if you had it? This power is not the sole province of the so-called geniuses of the world. It is a power that lies within each of us – within you. Release it……have some fun with it…..change your world with it.

Imagination and curiosity are powerful tools. Have you ever stopped to wonder why you imagine certain things or why certain things make you curious. It could be a message that you need to explore those possibilities. Don’t let the the fact that they don’t seem “real” stop you. Relativity was not “real” when Einstein discovered it.

“Some men see things as they are and say why – I dream things that never were and say why not.”
~ George Bernard Shaw

Which do you choose to be?
